granola
ɡraˈnəʊlə/
noun
NORTH AMERICAN
Besides serving as food for breakfast and snacks, granola is also often eaten for an evening meal and by those who are doing physical activities because it is nutritious, lightweight and high in fibre. The oat content gives you a slow release of energy which keeps you fuller for longer.

Most store-bought granola contains way more sugar and sodium than the versions we have here at The Edible Co. Our granola sits on the fence of being a muesli and although we love our clumps, we simply do not add any extra sweetness or binding agents to make that happen. Plus, once you pour milk or yogurt into it, it all becomes one swimming bowl of chewiness. It’s a little sacrifice we want to make to keep our hearts beating longer. We hope you feel the same too. And if you really need the extra crunch, add apples or melons for natural sweetness and bite.
